Aramco Stadium in Al Khobar Nears Completion

Construction of the new Aramco Stadium in Al Khobar, Eastern Province, is nearing completion, with the 47,000-seat venue expected to be finished next month, 2026.

The stadium is located at the intersection of King Saud bin Abdulaziz Road and King Fahad Road, giving it a central position within the city. Its official expected completion date is 2026, and it is being built to accommodate roughly 47,000 spectators.

Once operational, the venue is planned to serve as the home stadium of Al-Qadsiah Football Club. It is also expected to host matches during the 2027 AFC Asian Cup, placing the Eastern Province on the map for major regional football events.

What It Means for the Community

For residents and football fans in Al Khobar, Dammam and across the Eastern Province, the arrival of a modern, large-capacity stadium adds a significant sports and entertainment destination close to home. It is set to bring high-profile continental fixtures to the region and strengthen local support for Al-Qadsiah.

At this stage, no official public ticket prices, opening hours, visitor tours, stadium-access procedures or booking channels have been announced. No fees or validity periods currently apply to general public access, as the stadium has not yet officially opened.
