New affordable housing projects have been announced across several regions of Saudi Arabia, aiming to expand the supply of entry-level homes for Saudi families in 2026. The plans span apartments and villas in major and secondary cities, with a focus on affordability.

The "Mela" project in the Khayla suburb of north Jeddah governorate includes about 819 villas and townhouses starting from around SAR 748,000. A new phase of the Asala Al-Jawan project in Riyadh has also launched for Sakani beneficiaries as an affordable family community.
