Riyadh to Host 10th Arab Festival of Sports for All

Riyadh is set to host the 10th Arab Festival of Sports for All from 2 to 6 September 2026, a five-day event organized by the Saudi Sports for All Federation under the theme “Movement Brings Us Together.”

The festival brings together seven Arab nations: Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates, Egypt, Palestine, Morocco, and Syria. It aims to promote physical activity and community participation through a wide range of accessible sporting experiences suitable for different ages and skill levels.

Visitors can take part in a diverse program of activities, including table tennis, archery, air hockey, boxing challenges, interactive basketball, speed-reaction arenas, mini-football, floor curling, interactive cycling, and a selection of traditional games.

Why it matters

Community sports events like this reflect the growing focus on active lifestyles across Saudi Arabia, offering residents and families in Riyadh a chance to try new activities in a fun, social setting. The regional participation also strengthens sporting ties between Arab countries.

The specific venue and district within Riyadh have not yet been announced. Details on registration or participation have not been confirmed. Saudi Living will share further information as it becomes available.
