Jeddah Central Development Company has signed an investment partnership worth more than SAR 7 billion to develop two flagship resorts on the Jeddah Central waterfront in Jeddah: Atlantis Jeddah Resort and One&Only Jeddah Resort. The reported joint-venture value is approximately SAR 7.6 billion.
Atlantis Jeddah is planned to include a waterpark, while both resorts will sit along the project's waterfront as part of a wider push to build a new destination on the city's coast.
More hospitality projects announced
The waterfront development is set to feature several additional hospitality names. A Mandarin Oriental property is planned on a private island with 140 hotel rooms, 115 serviced apartments, and 187 branded residences. A Canopy by Hilton is to offer 220 rooms and 120 serviced apartments overlooking the planned Jeddah Central Opera House. A Jareed Hotel is planned with 108 rooms and 19 branded residential suites.
Jeddah Central remains under development in 2026. The first phase is scheduled for completion by the end of 2027, with further development planned through 2030.
For residents and visitors, the announcement signals a growing set of leisure, dining, and tourism options along the Jeddah coast in the coming years. However, no official room rates, residence prices, entrance fees, booking procedures, opening dates, or operating hours have been released for any of these venues. The projects are not yet operating as public hotels, attractions, or waterparks, so no current visitor prices or timings apply. No government service is required for this investment announcement.
