Saudia Expands Flights to China and the US

Saudia and the Saudi Air Connectivity Program have increased capacity on key long-haul routes linking the Kingdom with China and the United States, adding more weekly flights and hundreds of thousands of additional annual seats across the three routes.

On the Guangzhou–Jeddah route, one additional weekly flight has been added, bringing the service to four weekly flights and more than 124,000 annual seats in both directions. The Beijing Daxing–Riyadh route also gained one weekly flight, raising it to three weekly flights and more than 93,000 annual seats each way.

The largest boost came on the New York–Jeddah route, where three additional weekly flights were introduced. The route now operates seven weekly flights, offering more than 211,000 annual seats in both directions.

Why it matters

The added capacity gives residents, expats, and business travelers more options and flexibility when planning trips between Saudi Arabia and two of the world's largest economies. Stronger direct connectivity supports tourism, trade, and family travel, and reflects growing demand on these international corridors.

The current information available on this update does not include any pricing details or a specified timeframe, and there is no consumer permit, visa, or service fee tied to this route-capacity announcement.
