Armah Sports Signs 20-Year Lease for Riyadh Club

Armah Sports has signed a 20-year land lease to develop and operate a men's sports club under its B_FIT brand in Riyadh's Al-Sulaimaniyah district, on Makkah Road. The plot covers 2,500 square meters.

Under the agreement, the lease term begins after a 24-month grace period that starts once the site is handed over. The company expects to complete the project within two years, paving the way for a new fitness destination in a central part of the capital.

The total rent across the lease period is linked to more than 13% of Armah's audited 2025 revenue, excluding value-added tax. No exact figure in Saudi Riyal was disclosed for the agreement.

Why it matters

The deal signals continued expansion of organized fitness facilities in Riyadh as demand for sports and wellness options grows across the city. The new club will operate exclusively for men under the B_FIT brand, adding another option for residents in and around Al-Sulaimaniyah.
