Eyal Heights is a residential villa community developed under Mohammed Abdulaziz Al Habib & Partners Real Estate Investment Company, based in Riyadh. The project comprises a total of 244 residential units spread across a construction area of about 72,000 square metres, with the master schedule listing full completion in 2027.
